With 20 workers and a vision for excellence, Mr. Ranchhodbhai Detroja laid the foundation of our diamond manufacturing business in Navsari, Gujarat.

A Step Forward…
From humble beginnings in Navsari in 1983, the vision expanded in 1986 with the opening of a second manufacturing unit in Morbi, Gujarat.

A New Phase of Growth…
In 1995, the company strengthened its foundation by shifting from a proprietary setup to a partnership, while also expanding operations with a new diamond polishing facility at Unjha, Gujarat.

Morbi Expansion…
The existing manufacturing facility at Morbi was expanded in 1997, marking another step towards scaling production and meeting growing demand.

With continuous growth since 1983, the company reached a remarkable milestone in 1998 by achieving the highest manpower strength in the diamond industry, a true reflection of trust, dedication, and expansion.

Fifth Manufacturing Facility …
The company expanded its footprint with the establishment of its fifth diamond manufacturing facility at Dhrol, Gujarat, India.

Export House …
Marking its entry into international recognition, Ratnakala was certified as an “Export House” by the Director General of Foreign Trade, Government of India.

Milestone Achievement …
After being recognized as an Export House by the Government of India in 2003, Ratnakala continued its growth journey and recorded US$ 25 million in revenues for the first time in one financial year.

Marking its entry into renewable energy, the company installed two wind turbines (2.5 MW capacity) in Maharashtra, showcasing its commitment to sustainable development.
